Today’s Meditation, A Reflection on Abundance

This morning, the universe placed a song in my lap. A beautiful piece by Alexia Chellun that carries a simple truth. Abundance is everywhere.
As I sat in meditation, the words wrapped around me like warm sunlight. God, thank you for my wealth. Thank you for my being. Thank you for the joy rising in my chest for no reason other than the fact that I am alive. Thank you for the abundance that moves through my life with ease. Thank you for every breath that returns me to myself.
The song reminded me that abundance is not something we chase. It is something we notice. Something we receive. Something that has been ours since birth.
It is in the shoes on our feet and the clothes on our bodies. It is in the food we eat and the roof that covers us. It is in the laughter we share with people we love. It is in the tender wind that kisses our skin. It is in grass and trees and birdsong. It is in the water that cleanses us every morning and the air that fills our lungs without us even asking.
Abundance lives in the quiet miracles we forget to see.
Abundance waits for us in ordinary moments that are actually extraordinary.
Abundance is always whispering, look again. I am here.
Today, as I listened, I felt such deep gratitude. Gratitude for the love I feel. Gratitude for the healing I have walked through. Gratitude for the joy rising in me as I grow into a woman I once prayed to become.
Gratitude is powerful. It changes the way we see everything. When you can find even one thing to be grateful for, the universe expands that feeling. You become someone who sees blessings where you once saw lack. You become someone who feels rich even before the money arrives. You become someone who recognizes that abundance has always been yours.
Gratitude opens the door.
Abundance walks through it.
This is my real time journey. I am learning. I am growing. This is what came through for me in meditation today. And I share it with you because abundance is not only around me, it is around you. It has always been there, waiting for you to notice.
Thank you for being here with me.
Thank you for reading these words.
Thank you for walking this path of gratitude and becoming.
May you feel how deeply abundant your life already is.
