Keep Turning the Dial

Keep Turning the Dial Until You See Clearly
There is something I recently received, a quiet realization that landed so clearly in my spirit.
Alignment is like sitting in the chair at the eye doctor.
You know the moment. They place that machine over your eyes and begin adjusting the lenses, one click at a time.
A little to the left. A little to the right.
"Can you see better now?"
At first, everything is blurry. Distorted. Uncertain. But they keep turning the dial.
And suddenly, something shifts.
The image sharpens. You can see clearly.
That is exactly what it feels like to align your energy.
We don't arrive here in a fog. We arrive as children seeing clearly, connected, open, and true. But over time, life begins to layer distortions over that clarity. Emotionally, spiritually, mentally, we are trying to make sense of what we're looking at.
So we begin the work.
We learn a practice. We shift a thought. We choose something that feels a little better.
That is one small turn of the dial.
Then life brings us another area that needs attention. Another belief. Another pattern.
Another turn.
And slowly, over time, things begin to come into focus.
Alignment Is a Practice, Not a Moment
You are a co-creator. And your energy is always creating.
Where your attention goes, your energy flows. What you consistently focus on becomes your reality.
If you are focused on what is broken, what is lacking, what is painful, your vision stays blurry. You cannot see clearly from that place.
But when you begin to shift your focus, when you choose gratitude, when you lean into what feels good even in the smallest ways, you begin adjusting your lens.
You begin to see differently. And eventually, you begin to live differently.
Turning the Dial in Relationships
This became very real for me in my own relationship.
For a long time, I was looking outward. I needed validation. I needed reassurance. I needed him to reflect my worth back to me.
But my lens was off.
When I began turning the dial inward, everything started to change. I began to see my role. I began to see where I was abandoning myself, how I was contributing to the very disconnect I was feeling.
And instead of trying to fix him, I started working on me.
I shifted how I saw myself. I gave myself the love I had been asking for. I took responsibility for my energy.
And something powerful happened. The relationship began to shift. Not because I forced it, but because I changed.
That is the power of alignment.
This Applies to Everything
Take this same truth and apply it to your finances. To your peace. To your purpose. To the life you are trying to build.
When you focus on what you want instead of what you fear, your vision sharpens.
Each small shift matters. Sometimes it takes time. Sometimes it happens faster than you expect. But every time you choose differently, every time you return to yourself, every time you choose a better feeling thought, you are turning the dial.
And clarity always follows.
The Work Is Within You
Spirituality has been my doorway to real peace. Not surface-level happiness, but grounded, rooted peace. The kind that stays.
The Universe is always communicating. Always guiding. Always offering direction. But you have to be open. You have to be willing to sit with yourself, to face what is uncomfortable, to take ownership of what is yours.
Because you cannot change other people. But when you change yourself, everything around you begins to respond.
The Ripple Effect
When I changed, my world changed.
And it felt like prayers answered. Not the kind where you beg and wait and wonder if anything is listening. But the quiet kind. The kind where you do the inner work, and then one day you look up and realize the Universe was responding all along.
I saw my partner show up differently. I heard words from him that once felt impossible. I watched shifts happen in my children. More confidence. More curiosity. More light.
Not because I controlled anything, but because I changed the energy in which they were being loved.
That is what alignment does. It does not just change you. It changes the room you walk into. It changes the people who love you. It answers the prayers you stopped knowing how to speak.
That is the ripple effect of alignment.
Choose Yourself, Fully
At some point, you have to choose yourself. Not from ego, but from truth.
Protect your energy. Be selective. Stop allowing what drains you to have access to you.
Love deeply, but love wisely. Stand in your worth.
And remember this, always.
You were never meant to stay in the blur.
Keep Turning the Dial
Clarity is not something outside of you. It is something you return to, again and again, with intention.
So keep going. Keep choosing better thoughts. Keep choosing peace. Keep choosing yourself.
Keep turning the dial.
Until one day, you look around and everything is clear.
