Today's Meditation, Messages from the light

This message came to me during my morning meditation and inner work. As I sat with myself, I was not searching for words. I was listening. What followed felt clear, steady, and loving. I share it as it arrived, trusting it may meet you exactly where you are.

All is well.

In the world around you, life is good.

The energy is good.

The message is good.

What you put into the world returns to you, every time.

When a dream or idea arrives and it stirs excitement and joy within you, know this, those visions do not come from you alone. They rise from the highest version of you. The version that already knows how it feels. The version that has already lived it. The version that remembers what is possible.

That higher consciousness lives within you. It is connected to all things.

You are being asked to believe that you are worthy of all things.

Worthy of happiness.

Worthy of love.

Worthy of experiencing the depth of love that God, the Universe, Source holds for you.

There is no judgment here.

There is no pressure.

Nothing seeks to force you or rush you.

The energy that surrounds you wants you to move at a pace that honors who you are, while still inviting you to take gentle steps forward. To grow. To think better. To feel better. To choose better.

Find what brings you joy.

Find what makes you want to show up.

When you lean into the feeling of greatness, you become great.

When you lean into love, you become love.

Ask yourself often,

What do I need right now?

What am I feeling right now?

Not every day will feel easy. Some days you will not want to do the work at all. Those are the moments when you find one thing, anything, to be grateful for. That is enough to shift the energy.

Life is unfolding all around you. Whether you choose to join it is always your choice.

As you begin to recognize the simple laws of the Universe, the law of attraction, polarity, giving and receiving, love, you will notice how subtle guidance truly is. The Universe whispers.

Through the wind.

Through signs.

Through ladybugs landing on your hand.

Through flowers blooming.

Through the flicker of a candle.

We speak in many ways. We use beauty to remind you that you are not alone. That everything is alive with meaning. That your ability to see beauty brings joy to the heavens themselves.

Keep going.

Keep searching.

Keep loving the one you are becoming.

The version of you that is waiting ahead is cheering you on.

Invite only the energy that serves your highest good and the highest good of those around you. Gently release those who anchor you to who you once were. Lean toward those who remind you of who you are becoming.

You are supported.

You are guided.

You are loved.

Always.
